Grab the Mac build from iptvsmarters.com
Open iptvsmarters.com, scroll to downloads and take the Mac version. The Mac App Store does not stock it.

Install, then launch the app
Open the downloaded file, drag IPTV Smarters Pro to Applications and start it.
macOS throws a warning at anything from outside the App Store. Right-click the app in Finder and choose Open the first time; it will not ask again.

Pick Login with Xtream Codes API
Two sign-in routes are offered on the opening screen. Xtream Codes API is the one you want, not M3U.

Key in your credentials
Server URL, username and password, straight from your activation email. Case matters on all three.

You are live
Channels, films and series populate. Hit play on anything to confirm the feed.

On a Mac, IPTV Smarters PRO runs as a desktop application — download it from the Mac App Store or the developer's site, then drag it to Applications.
macOS blocks a first launch from an unidentified developer. Right-click the app and choose Open to approve it once, rather than changing your security settings.
