Load iptvsmarters.com, grab the APK
Open iptvsmarters.com in the phone browser, scroll to downloads and tap Download APK for Android.
Google Play does not carry IPTV Smarters Pro. The APK from the vendor site is the only way in.

Install it, then open the app
Open the file from your notifications or Downloads and confirm. Android asks once about installs from your browser — switch it on in Settings, come back, then start IPTV Smarters Pro.

Pick Login with Xtream Codes API
Two sign-in routes are offered on the opening screen. Xtream Codes API is the one you want, not M3U.

Key in your credentials
Server URL, username and password, straight from your activation email. Case matters on all three.

Channels, films and series populate. Hit play on anything to confirm the feed.

Installing IPTV Smarters PRO on Android: what is different
On an Android phone or tablet, IPTV Smarters PRO installs from Google Play in the usual way — no rooting and no developer settings.
If you install IPTV Smarters PRO from an APK instead, Android asks once for permission to install from that source. Grant it to the browser or file manager doing the install, not system-wide.
Playing over mobile data works, but a live HD channel uses roughly 1–2 GB per hour — worth checking your plan before a full match.
